The duty on the export of wheat from Russia from March 2 to March 8 will decrease to $88.2 per ton against $91 a week earlier, the Ministry of Agriculture of the Russian Federation said in a statement.
The export duty on barley will decrease from $73.3 to $72.3 per ton, the duty on corn will increase from $52.2 to $52.7 per ton. The export duty rate for wheat and meslin (a mixture of wheat and rye) is calculated on the basis of an indicative price of $326.1 per ton, for barley – at a price of $288.4 per ton, for corn – $260.3 per ton. The rates are applied from the third working day after the day of their placement and are valid until the next duty rates are applied.
