The Akvilon shopping center near Moscow in Orekhovo-Zuyevo is put up for re-bidding, the press service of the Russian Auction House reported.
The mall is being sold due to the bankruptcy of ROST CAPITAL LLC. The creditor of the company is the bank of non-core assets „Trust”.
„Trading through a public offer will be held from July 18 to July 28. The initial price is 180 million rubles,” the message says.
„Akvilon” is located in the center of Orekhovo-Zuev, on the banks of the Klyazma, on the first line of the central city street.
The lot includes an eight-story building with a total area of 19,000 sq.m, a land plot with an area of 9,850 sq.m, and parking for 20 cars.
The building is in a satisfactory condition and is now free from tenants, the report says.
The mall is adjacent to two paved areas that belong to the mayor’s office. Their total area is 10 thousand square meters. Natalya Kruglova, head of the RAD sales department, said that in the future the investor will be able to use these sites to expand the mall or for new construction. According to her, it is also possible to redevelop the building for the construction of multi-storey residential buildings (living area is estimated at about 18 thousand square meters).
Last time, Akvilon was put up for auction in the fall of 2021 with an initial price of 200 million rubles.
